I’m Frank a 38-year-old father of two, a Physical Education teacher, and an enrichment program founder with a Sports Science degree and a background as a former professional athlete. My passion lies in optimizing health and performance through a balance of whole foods and modern-day science.
I integrate proven methods like sauna, fasting, weightlifting, and cold exposure to sustain a strong and healthy lifestyle. Recently, I conducted a biomarker study, and the results showed that my biological age is 22 years old—despite being 38. This reinforced my commitment to understanding longevity and peak performance.
As an educator and coach, I believe in making health and fitness simple, fun, and effective—helping others build sustainable habits that lead to long-term well-being.
